Welcome to Ticket System! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ticket System customer support system including our web application, chat widgets, email integrations, and centralized auth API (the "Service").

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account Access

Ticket System utilizes a unified authentication API to manage your identity. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Users with administrative capabilities (Owners) can create Organizations and invite Members. Owners are responsible for the actions of all Members associated with their Organization.

3. Service Provision

We provide you with:

  • A centralized dashboard for managing support tickets via Gmail Google Pub/Sub hooks.
  • An embeddable web chat widget for real-time communication via socket rooms.
  • A role-based access control system.

4. Your Obligations

You agree to use Ticket System responsibly. You must not:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful or illegal.
  • Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism or centralized authentication measure.
  • Embed the widget on websites that violate local laws.

5. Availability and Liability

Ticket System is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
